How Custom Videos Work
Once you have submitted this form
one of our team will get back to you within 24 hours to approve your request.
If your request is approved we will send you your own unique payment link. Due to the demand for custom videos, if we do not receive your payment within 24 hours, your place will be given to someone else.
Your video will be created within 4 weeks. Once it has been completed, we will upload your video to your own unique, private, password protected Vimeo link which you are able to download.
What happens if you do not create my custom video within 4 weeks?
If, for any reason there is a delay to your custom video order, we will inform you ahead of time.
We will provide you with a 10% good will refund on your order if you are happy to wait a little longer for your video.
If you do not wish to wait, then a full refund will be given.
Do You Offer Refunds?
Unfortunately, once your video has been made, we cannot provide a refund. Please see our terms and conditions for more information. In addition we are unable to do any re-edits or re-dos.

What isn't allowed
NO - Adult Content or "Not Safe For Work" Requests (i.e. nudity/pornographic or sexually influenced content - ie JOI or other videos of that nature)
NO - requests which can cause offense (i.e. depictions of violence, racism, sexisim, suffering etc)

Generally speaking, any video which has been published on YouTube Page or Patreon will likely be approved.
What happens if you reject my request?
Sometimes this will happen, either your video falls under the "what isn't allowed" category, or your video idea is beyond our capabilities at this time. If this happens, we will work with you to try and find a suitable alternative idea, should you wish.
Where can I download my custom video?
Your custom video will be uploaded to your own unique, password protected Vimeo file. This file will be hosted online forever, so if you accidentally delete your video, or want to redownload it again you can.
