TERMS OF USE POLICY

 

All digital media files are sold as products and downloaded to your computer, are sub licensed for your personal non commercial use by WhisperAudios ASMR. Downloading the products does not transfer title of them, or any intellectual property rights therein, to you. You may not publish, transmit, distribute, display, broadcast, re-broadcast, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, any of the products. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or disable any copy protection or use limitation systems associated with the products. You may not play and then re-digitalise any products, or upload those products to the internet. You may not use the products in conjunction with any other third-party content (e.g. to provide sound for a film). You may not sell or offer to sell the products, including but not limited to, posting any product for auction, or any internet auction site. Once again, all products are sub licensed to you and not sold so this does not transfer to you any commercial or promotional use rights in the product. All purchases are final and non-refundable. WhisperAudios ASMR can accept no responsibility for any adverse effects, direct or indirect that may result from you using the products that you are sold.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• If you require a specific RolePlay video which requires props (ie books, medical equipment etc) we may ask you to provide extra funds to accommodate for this. This will be communicated to you prior to your video being paid for and by agreement of both parties. 

• Approval of your video idea will be down to WhisperAudios ASMR own personal discretion.

• Once the video is made, please be aware there is no option of 're-do's or 're-edits'. The final product is as seen and as sent to you. 

• Please ensure you have communicated exactly what you would like for your video. We will do our utmost to ensure that all your requests are met. 

• We cannot be held liable if you 'do not like' the video.

• All custom video sales are final and non-refundable. 

• All custom videos Intellectual Property belong to WhisperAudios ASMR and you are not permitted to share or re-upload the video in any way. 

• By requesting a custom video you agree to be bound by the terms set out above and the Terms of Use policy. Please see above.
