15 minute / Roleplay - Custom ASMR Video

HOW CUSTOM VIDEOS WORK
You send your idea(s) over email. If you can send me over as much information about what you would like in the video that is very helpful. 
We discuss and we agree on a video idea
You pay 50% of the video via paypal. This secures your spot and allows me to spend time planning and getting any equipment together that I need for your video
I will make your custom video within 4 weeks. I will let you know if there are any delays should there be any. 
If I have not made your video within 4 weeks you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit. You may wish to wait longer for your video if you wanted to, we can discuss this together and come up with a plan should this happen. 
I make, edit and send a preview of your video. The preview will be an unlisted video on YouTube which will remain there for 24 hours only. 
After previewing the video you pay the rest of the balance of the video cost, which I will invoice you for via PayPal. 
Once the invoice is cleared I will send you the original file via the sharing platform WeTransfer ready for you to download and keep forever! 
 
 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 
 
Girlfriend / NSFW / foot fetish and any other fetish mining requests will be instantly rejected. And your email address may be blocked. 
If you require a specific RolePlay video which requires props (ie books, medical equipment etc) I may ask you to provide extra funds to accommodate for this, depending on whether I have to buy them or not. This will be communicated to you prior to your deposit being paid and by agreement of both parties. 
50% of the video is payable upfront via PayPal. The remaining 50% will need to be paid once you have watched the preview of your video. Once you have paid the remainder of your video, the original file will be sent to you via the file sharing site WeTransfer.
Failure to pay the remainder of the video will result in your video not being sent to you and your deposit retained. If you do not pay the remainder of the video, I will have the right to re-edit and upload it to my channel, or sell it onto a third party.
Approval of your video idea will be down to my own personal discretion.
Once the video is made, please be aware there is no option of 're-do's or 're-edits'. The final product is as seen and as sent to you. 
Please ensure you have communicated exactly what you would like for your video. I will do my upmost to ensure that all your requests are met. 
I cannot be held liable if you 'do not like' the video; you will still need to pay the full amount for the video.. 
All custom video sales are final and non-refundable. 
All custom videos Intellectual Property belong to me and you are not permitted to share or re-upload the video in any way.

All digital media files are sold as products and downloaded to your computer, are sub licensed for your personal non commercial use by WhisperAudios ASMR. Downloading the products does not transfer title of them, or any intellectual property rights therein, to you. You my not publish, transmit, distribute, display, broadcast, re-broadcast, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, any of the products. You many not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or disable any copy protection or use limitation systems associated with the products. You may not play and then re-digitalise any products, or upload those products to the internet. You may not use the products in conjunction with any other third-party content (e.g. to provide sound for a film). You many not sell or offer to sell the products, including but not limited to, posting any product for auction, or any internet auction site. Once again, all products are sub licensed to you and not sold so this does not transfer to you any commercial or promotional use rights in the product. All purchases are final and non-refundable. WhisperAudios ASMR can accept no responsibly for any adverse affects, direct or indirect that may result from you using the products that you are sold.
